If you could change one thing about your closet, what would it be? - Um....the space! I moved from a large walk-in closet in my 1-bedroom apartment to a closet the size of a bathroom stall in my 3-bedroom townhome. I guess you trade luxury for functionality sometimes!
Who's style, past or present, do you most admire? - Princess Diana was in a category all her own. She embodied taste, class, excellence, and restraint at all times, and I really admire her for that. The 80's and 90's weren't known for great fashion looking back, but her paparazzi photos could easily be slapped into Vogue as an ad or editorial--and that to me speaks volumes about living, breathing, living fashionably.
What is the most treasured possession in your closet? - To be honest, I don't really treasure any one possession in my closet - I could easily live without anything in it! However, I would be heartbroken to lose my David Yurman collection...not because it's valuable or expensive, but because it grew (bits and pieces) from my parents, lovingly, my boyfriend, generously, and from myself, earned through saving up pieces of each paycheck. It's an investment that is so much more than the silver or gold it's made up of!
What is your greatest shopping regret? - Credit cards. They are the bain of my existence, yet I can't live without them! I am one of those people that charges a stick of gum, because I never remember to get cash. One of these days I will be brave enough to cut them up and live only on cash--one day!!
BONUS QUESTION: What is your favorite cocktail? - Being from the South, I love a good margarita with salt, and only with Patrón tequila!
